If the place where you're babysitting has a computer, look up some foreign languages to teach the kids. Maybe they could even learn to write their names in Chinese. You can also make up your own languages!

And sometimes doing that can come in handy, especially if you taught the kids simple phrases like "Enchante" which means 'Pleased to meet you' in French. Imagine the look on their parents' faces when they tell them what they learned while YOU were babysitting. Right on, ZOEY. =]
